The Raincast range consists of standard gutter profiles, rainwater pipes and fittings. In addition EPS offer a design and fabrication service whereby any pattern can be matched or any special part of system can be designed and produced. Raincast is suitable for both restoration work as well as new build and can be supplied in a variety of finishes from standard primer to fully finished and ready to install.

Raincast iron rainwater systems conform to the dimensional requirements of BS460 (where applicable). Raincast is manufactured from patterns created by EPS and is made using the traditional sandcast method. This ensures that the texture and appearance that makes Cast iron systems look so attractive is consistently achieved. Not only that, the product is endowed with a high level of integrity and strength. Typical of the EPS approach to quality are the raincast pipe sockets and ears, these are cast integrally to the pipe and not bonded or welded on as in some other rainwater systems.
EPS have also launched its own Cast Iron space plate that sites being the eared collar to stand off the wall, thus eliminating the requirements for wooden bobbins which would need replacing during the lifespan of the iron. In addition to a standard range of products, EPS also offers and bespoke design and manufacturing facility. This means that EPS can fabricate or reproduce such items as ornamental wall or hanging brackets. EPS can also restore and repair Cast Iron items, for example old hopper heads or any unique architectural items.
