Raincast is manufactured from patterns created by EURO PIPE and is made using the traditional sandcast method. This ensures that the texture and appearance that makes Cast Iron systems look so attractive is consistently achieved. Not only that, but the product is endowed with a high level of integrity and strength. Typical of the EURO PIPE approach to quality are the raincast pipe sockets and ears, which are cast integrally to the pipe and not bonded or welded on, as in some other rainwater systems. EURO PIPE have also launched its own Cast Iron spacer plate that sits behind the eared collar, to stand off the wall, thus eliminating the requirement for wooden bobbins which would need replacing during the lifespan of the iron. In addition to a standard range of products, EURO PIPE also offers a bespoke design and manufacturing facility. This means that EURO PIPE can fabricate or reproduce such items as ornamental wall or hanging brackets. EURO PIPE can also restore and repair Cast Iron items, for example old hopper heads or any unique architectural items.
